This role involves providing essential IT support, focusing specifically on Apple hardware and software within a leading European IT service company. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing hardware and software malfunctions on MacBooks, iPhones, and iPads. Daily tasks include processing and documenting support tickets within a CRM/ticketing system, analyzing technical issues, and assisting with escalations. A core component of the job is providing both on-site and remote customer support, clearly explaining technical matters, and ensuring strict adherence to data protection and security standards. Candidates must have a completed vocational qualification in IT systems integration or a comparable field, strong experience with Apple hardware diagnostics, and proficiency in Apple operating systems and network fundamentals.
