Job Summary

This role involves providing essential Onsite Support and ensuring smooth IT operations for clients across the Berlin-Brandenburg region as part of a leading German IT service provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include the setup and configuration of workstations, supporting IT rollouts, and the installation and maintenance of various standard and specialized hardware, including desktops, notebooks, printers, and media technology. A crucial part of the job is managing equipment assets (issuance, returns, and inventory) and meticulously documenting and tracking support tickets within designated systems. Candidates must have completed vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration), possess experience in field service customer support, and demonstrate strong knowledge of standard hardware and Microsoft products. The position offers a permanent contract and attractive conditions.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training, such as IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification.
