Onsite IT Technician | Onsite Techniker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is for an Onsite IT Technician to support a leading IT service provider in Europe, working with clients like the DLR in the Dresden area, with occasional travel to Cottbus, Zittau, Jena, and Bremen. The technician will be responsible for installing and configuring client hardware, performing rollouts, conducting functional checks, and documenting results. Key tasks also include processing service requests and incidents within the Windows Client environment, advising users on WDS, and maintaining checklists and asset data. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or a comparable qualification, strong Windows Client experience, and excellent German language skills.
