Job Summary
This role is for an Onsite IT Support Specialist who will be the primary point of contact for hardware and software support directly at the client's location. Day-to-day tasks involve setting up and configuring workstations, including Teams telephony, maintaining various hardware components and media technology, and managing assets and customer hardware inventory. A key part of the role is diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently on-site. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT systems, strong support experience, and excellent customer service skills. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Systems Electronics Technician, IT Specialist for System Integration, or comparable qualification
Experience

- Experience with standard hardware (desktops, notebooks, peripherals) and common MS Office applications
