This role is for an IT Support Specialist providing essential first-level support to end-users within a leading European IT service company, working with a major client like Deutsche Bank. The specialist will handle daily IT issues, including supporting users with Windows notebooks, MacBooks, iPhones, and iPads, and assisting with product selection and system usage. Key responsibilities also involve technical administration, managing IP telephony, operating systems, and VPN connections, alongside documenting all inquiries in a ticketing system. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in both Apple and Windows environments, excellent communication, and a service-oriented approach to problem-solving, ensuring smooth IT operations for the client.
