Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support and services, primarily focused on telecommunications products, within an exhibition environment. The IT Technician will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and de-installation of telecom equipment for end-users, alongside programming, configuring, and maintaining network devices such as switches, routers, and hubs. Key tasks also include setting up and maintaining telephone systems, DECT systems, and WLAN/Access systems, as well as installing fiber optic patches. The position requires strong technical skills in telecommunications and networking, coupled with excellent customer orientation and communication skills.
