Job Summary

This role involves overseeing and managing early-phase clinical trials, ensuring strict compliance with GCP, SOPs, and regulatory frameworks like ICH-GCP, FDA, and EMA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient recruitment across multiple countries, coordinating trial timelines, and planning necessary resources. A significant part of the role includes managing and evaluating CRO and vendor performance, leading the creation of essential trial documents, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills for team meetings, mentorship, and effective stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will possess a life science degree and extensive experience in global oncology studies, along with proficiency in various clinical trial management systems.
