Job Summary

This role involves analyzing and developing processes within the Safety and Radiation Protection department, focusing on documentation, modeling, and standardization using appropriate tools. A key aspect is the digitalization and automation of manual processes to boost efficiency, robustness, and automated data collection and analysis. The manager will structure and process data, ensure data quality, and develop data governance policies. The position also entails creating models for automated data evaluation, generating reports, and applying AI methods for text generation and process optimization. The ideal candidate will act as the central IT contact for defining digital system requirements and will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with IT, Quality, SAP, and operational teams.
