Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Radiation Protection Specialist to join a rapidly growing company focused on developing and distributing radiopharmaceuticals for cancer treatment. The specialist will be crucial in both administrative and operational radiation protection, including analytical work, measurement technology, contamination control, and dose monitoring. Day-to-day tasks involve preparing protocols and reports, managing the measurement and sorting of residual materials, and ensuring compliant shipping of radioactive substances. The ideal candidate will have a scientific or technical background, practical experience with hazardous substances, and a proactive approach to continuous learning in radiation protection. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree (FH) in a scientific or technical field (e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Environmental Protection, or Engineering) or a completed scientific/technical education as a Technician

Experience

  • Professional experience in chemical, biological, physical, or technical laboratories, or in the chemical/pharmaceutical industry
  • Practical experience in handling hazardous substances, preferably radioactive substances
  • Acquired expertise in radiation protection (advantageous)
