Job Summary
This full-time IT Support Specialist role involves being the primary contact for technical issues, ensuring smooth IT operations, and enhancing user satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include handling First-Level Support inquiries for IT and telecommunications, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems, and setting up and maintaining telecommunication devices. The role also involves supporting the setup and dismantling of IT workstations, maintaining IT system documentation, and managing hardware and software inventory. The ideal candidate will have a completed IT vocational training, initial professional experience in user support and IT administration, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications.
