Job Summary

As an Automation Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing, maintaining, and enhancing content for our SOAR platform, specifically XSOAR. Your daily tasks will involve creating and optimizing playbooks, automations, dashboards, reports, and interfaces to other systems. A key focus will be on improving Security Operations Center (SOC) workflows through automation, enabling faster incident response and increased efficiency. You will continuously refine incident response processes using XSOAR functionalities and resolve issues related to new features or problems within the platform. This role requires close collaboration with SOC teams and stakeholders to identify new automation opportunities, ensuring seamless integration of external security tools like SIEM, EDR, and Threat-Intelligence platforms. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining operational continuity and enhancing the overall security posture.
