Job Summary

This role involves leading a small team and serving as a key point of contact for clients, participating in project meetings, and managing personnel deployment and material planning. The Master Technician will be responsible for the technical, timely, and economical execution of projects, including the creation of all necessary documentation. Core tasks include coordinating the assembly of protective casings and the installation of MSR devices, component piping, and the fabrication and assembly of support structures. The position also requires performing wiring work and independent installations in control rooms and on-site during ongoing operations, as well as overseeing pressure tests and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Ideal candidates will have a background in refinery operations and team leadership.
