Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive programming and commissioning of complex automation systems, primarily within the automotive industry and other manufacturing sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include the independent creation and adjustment of PLC programs according to customer specifications, followed by the full commissioning of these applications across the breadth of automation technology. The successful candidate will collaborate closely within a team environment, driving progress and ensuring precise implementation, and will also be responsible for training production employees on the new systems. Key qualifications include a completed electrical engineering vocational training and demonstrable professional experience in plant programming and commissioning. Proficiency with major platforms like Siemens S7/STEP 7, TIA Portal, WinCC, and industrial electrical drive technology (SEW, Siemens) is essential. Strong command of German and good working knowledge of English are required for effective communication and documentation in this global environment.
