Job Summary

This role requires an experienced professional to take independent responsibility for leading a team focused on electrical engineering and electronics services within the manufacturing sector. The Team Leader will oversee the technical, timely, and economic execution of standard services, ensuring strict adherence to contractual obligations. Daily activities include team management (leadership, motivation, scheduling), creating comprehensive written project documentation, preparing detailed quotes and cost estimates, and managing subcontractors. Furthermore, the role involves supporting acceptance inspections and providing expert consultation to customers. Candidates must possess qualifications such as a Master Craftsman (Meister), Technician (Techniker), or Electrician background in Electrical Engineering, ideally coupled with professional experience in employee leadership, preferably within technical facility management. Success demands strong organizational skills, entrepreneurial thinking, customer orientation, and proficiency in MS Office tools.
