Job Summary

This critical role involves leading a small team and overseeing the technical, timely, and economical execution of complex projects within a refinery environment. The Foreman will coordinate personnel deployment, manage material disposition according to schedules, and provide expert consultation to clients. Key responsibilities include coordinating the assembly and installation of Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MCR) devices, protective enclosures, and associated piping and structural work. Day-to-day tasks involve performing wiring, conducting independent installations in control rooms and the field during live operations, and executing necessary loop checks before final client handover. Candidates must hold a Master Craftsman certification in MCR, Electrical, or Utility Engineering, or an equivalent Advanced Technician qualification. Professional experience, ideally in the refinery sector and in team leadership, is required, along with strong knowledge of pneumatics and basic steel construction techniques. This position demands high commitment and ensures adherence to all specific safety and technical regulations.
