Job Summary

As an IT Customer Support Specialist at the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE), you will be the primary point of contact for end-users, providing on-site support for general and specific IT inquiries. Your day-to-day will involve resolving user requests, managing accounts and permissions, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining Windows and Linux servers. You'll also support medical devices, train users, and coordinate with IT service providers.
