This role involves contributing to molecular pathology tumor diagnostics within the Institute of Pathology, one of Germany's largest pathology departments, located at the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE). The successful candidate will be responsible for method establishment, evaluation, and documentation within the quality management framework, specifically focusing on molecular pathological analysis and research. Key requirements include a completed university degree and a doctorate in Molecular Biology, specializing in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS), coupled with experience in bioinformatics analysis of NGS data. This position, initially limited to two years as part of a project, requires strong organizational skills, flexibility, teamwork, and a high level of engagement and self-reliance, offering an opportunity to work at the forefront of university-level molecular diagnostics and research.
