Join CANCOM as an Automation Engineer, where you will be instrumental in enhancing security operations through advanced automation. This role focuses on developing, maintaining, and improving content for SOAR platforms like XSOAR, including playbooks, automations, dashboards, reports, and system interfaces. You will optimize Security Operations Center (SOC) processes to accelerate incident response and boost efficiency, continuously refining existing playbooks for scalability and flexibility. Collaborating closely with SOC teams, you will identify new automation opportunities, ensure seamless integration of external security tools such as SIEM, EDR, and Threat-Intelligence platforms, and provide critical support for XSOAR-related issues. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of security processes, incident response, and common security tools, along with a talent for creating and customizing automation playbooks.
