Job Summary

The State Building Authority Schweinfurt is seeking an Electrical Engineering Technician to join their Electrical Engineering Department. This role involves the independent planning, tendering, awarding, supervision, and billing of small new constructions, conversions, and extensions. You will also be responsible for construction supervision and billing of larger construction projects, as well as maintaining properties and structural facilities. Key responsibilities include coordinating and managing external companies and experts, and handling tendering, awarding, supervision, and billing for engineering services in accordance with HOAI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering planning, excellent MS-Office skills, and a structured, responsible, and team-oriented approach to work.
