Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing complex civil engineering projects within the municipal engineering department, focusing on traffic infrastructure, wastewater management, drainage systems, water supply, and structural engineering. Key responsibilities include independent project steering, coordinating stakeholders, and overseeing all project phases, particularly concerning scheduling, cost control, quality assurance, and acting as the client representative. The successful candidate will manage external engineering firms and consultants, review planning feasibility, and participate in contract awarding and execution (VOB/B). This position requires a degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, strong knowledge of German procurement regulations (HOAI, VOB), and the ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, ensuring compliance with current technical standards and legal frameworks.
