Job Summary

As an Electrical Engineering Technician for the Schweinfurt State Construction Office, you will play a vital role in managing public building projects across Northern Lower Franconia. Your daily responsibilities will involve the independent planning of small-scale new constructions and renovations, alongside the supervision and settlement of larger building projects. You will act as a key coordinator, managing external companies and experts while overseeing engineering services in accordance with HOAI regulations. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys a mix of technical design and on-site construction supervision. The position offers the stability of a permanent public service contract (TV-L), flexible working hours through a flextime model, and a comprehensive health management program. Required Skills

Education

Certified State-Recognized Electrical Engineering Technician (Staatlich geprüfter Elektrotechniker) or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the planning and processing of electrical engineering projects
  • Experience in construction site supervision and financial settlement of building measures
  • Experience in coordinating and managing external service providers and experts
  • Experience with German procurement and contract regulations (HOAI, VOB) is preferred
