Job Summary

This role involves working within the State Construction Office of Schweinfurt, managing electrical engineering projects for state and federal building measures. The Electrical Engineering Technician will independently plan, tender, award, supervise, and settle accounts for small new construction, conversions, and extensions. A core part of the job includes construction supervision and billing for larger projects, as well as maintaining properties and structural facilities. The successful candidate must possess a certification as a state-certified Electrical Engineering Technician or equivalent qualification, coupled with strong knowledge of electrical planning and proficiency in MS Office. The position requires a self-reliant, structured, and responsible approach, excellent communication skills for coordinating external firms and experts, and a high degree of teamwork and organizational ability.
