Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support Specialist focusing on 1st and 2nd level support, working for a leading engineering and IT service provider in Germany. The specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone and ticketing systems, providing comprehensive support for various IT technologies including servers, clients, storage, networks, and firewalls. Key responsibilities include administering and monitoring customer systems, as well as maintaining Windows clients, Windows servers, and Linux systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, particularly with Microsoft environments and Office 365, and possess excellent troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
