Job Summary

This role is for a Process Engineer specializing in Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T) within a facility that produces personalized cancer therapies. The successful candidate will be instrumental in technology transfers, process validation, and continuous process verification, ensuring the robustness and quality of production processes including DNA/RNA manufacturing, lipoplex formation, and fill & finish. As an MS&T Lead, you will have decision-making authority over operational technical projects, closely collaborating with process and technical development teams. The position requires a proactive approach to continuous process improvement, monitoring system parameters, and troubleshooting technical issues, contributing significantly to the development of new systems and the overall efficiency of the manufacturing plant.
