Job Summary

This pivotal Associate Director role within the CMC Project Management Team at BioNTech involves co-leading cross-functional teams for late-phase development projects, specifically focusing on the protein and Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) pipeline. The role combines strategic project management with hands-on coordination, ensuring the seamless execution of all CMC-related activities. You will be responsible for establishing efficient communication structures, reporting regularly to executive management, and implementing process improvements company-wide. Candidates must possess a university degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field and several years of experience in project management within regulated environments.
