Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated IT Support Technician focusing on infrastructure and data center services at a client site in Ingolstadt. The successful candidate will be responsible for critical patching work, establishing power and network infrastructure (fiber and copper) in server rooms, and performing a high volume of monthly patching tasks across various locations. Key responsibilities also include providing on-site support for IMAC/R processes, fulfilling standard service requests, and offering technical support for events. The role requires strong networking knowledge, excellent organizational skills for managing IT inventory and returns, and a high degree of service orientation. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in complex project environments within a well-established IT service provider, with potential for client takeover.
