Job Summary

This role is for an HIL Integration Engineer focusing on software test concepts and real-time hardware test systems for missile subsystems within an international high-tech defense company in the Augsburg area. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, setting up, maintaining, and operating development-accompanying test systems for Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulations. Key tasks include implementing and adapting overall hardware and software test concepts, integrating new missile subsystems into existing test environments, conducting test campaigns, and performing system error analysis. The role also involves developing solutions with engineering departments, documenting test results, ensuring system availability through calibration and maintenance, and translating user requirements into test systems.
