Job Summary

As a Configuration & Change Manager for Combat & Mission at Airbus Defence and Space in Bremen, you will be instrumental in overseeing and refining the change and problem report management processes. Your daily tasks will involve monitoring and correcting Configuration Management (CM) deliverables, defining new functionalities for CM tools, and developing comprehensive CM-controlled product development processes. You will serve as a key interface between international development and CM departments, coordinating inputs, and participating in crucial planning and change discussions. This role requires strong expertise in Configuration Management, Product Lifecycle Management, and Application Lifecycle Management, ensuring the seamless integration of changes across engineering, PMO, production, and in-service departments. The ideal candidate will possess a background in IT or engineering and a deep understanding of end-to-end CM processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of CM standards and procedures within a dynamic aerospace environment.
