This role involves managing complex electrical engineering projects within the federal construction sector in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and feasibility studies to quality assurance and contract management. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Diploma/Bachelor/Master) in Electrical Engineering, Energy and Building Technology, or a comparable engineering discipline OR State-certified Technician or Master in Electrical Engineering with at least six years of relevant professional experience in an engineering-level position.

Experience

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in project management, project leadership, and project control is desirable
  • Experience in managing collaboration between various stakeholders
  • Experience with construction-relevant legal regulations (e.g., HOAI, VOB, VgV, AHO)
  • Experience with Tendering, Awarding, and Billing (AVA) and cost compilation according to DIN 276
  • Initial knowledge and experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) is desirable
