Job Summary
The University Hospital Heidelberg (UKHD), a leading medical center in Germany, is seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher to join its Division of Proteomics of Stem Cells and Cancer. This role involves conducting cutting-edge mass spectrometry-based proteomic experiments to understand cellular plasticity, therapy response, and drug resistance in myeloid leukemia. The successful candidate will be actively involved in both experimental procedures and computational data analysis, with opportunities to advance methodologies like single-cell proteomics. This position offers the chance to work within an experienced, interdisciplinary, and international team, leveraging state-of-the-art proteomic infrastructure and collaborating with academic and clinical partners in a dedicated research consortium.

Education
PhD in the field of mass spectrometry-based proteomics
Experience
- Ample experience in mass spectrometry-based proteomics
- Hands-on use of modern mass spectrometers and nano/UHPLC systems
- Experience with state-of-the-art proteomic workflows
- Experience with data analysis using dedicated software tools
