Job Summary

This role involves transforming existing technologies into sustainable future solutions, focusing on the commissioning of safety systems, particularly fire alarm technology. The successful candidate will work independently from home, traveling to client sites, primarily in the greater Wolfsburg area, including public institutions and industrial clients. Day-to-day tasks include timely and professional commissioning of fire alarm systems, potentially installing other building security systems like intruder alarm and voice alarm technology, and acting as a key contact for clients during commissioning. The role also requires establishing digital connections for remote operation, documenting services, and creating deployment reports. The ideal candidate will possess a background in electrical engineering, relevant experience in commissioning or service within an electrical environment, and a customer-friendly, cooperative approach.

Required Skills

Education

Electrotechnical training (e.g., Electrician, Mechatronics, or Process Engineering)

Experience

  • Professional experience in commissioning, installation, and/or service in an electrical environment
  • Experience in fire alarm technology or security technology
  • Familiarity with hazard detection systems
  • Familiarity with telecommunications systems and network technology
