Job Summary
This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for specialist and management positions across the Executive Board and Central Bodies of ETH Zurich, one of the world's leading technical universities. The Recruiting Partner will be responsible for defining job content, selecting appropriate channels, pre-screening candidates, conducting interviews, clarifying employment details, and preparing offers. A key focus is on advising hiring managers through all phases of the process, collaborating closely with HR Partners, and contributing to employer branding initiatives and process optimization projects related to People Attraction. Candidates should possess several years of experience in talent acquisition within a complex, multicultural organization, coupled with a keen awareness of labor market trends.
