Job Summary

This role is for an IT Technician to join a leading global IT service provider, focusing on IT infrastructure services and solutions for large enterprises and the public sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing tickets, performing fiber optic cabling tasks like patching and supporting network device exchanges, and conducting functional tests. Key duties also include hardware installation services and physically connecting client/server units with their peripheral devices. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Office 2019, experience with ticketing systems, and basic Linux knowledge.
