Job Summary

The Landeslabor Berlin-Brandenburg (LLBB), a state-accredited laboratory, is seeking a Technical Assistant to join their team. This role involves the meticulous analysis of food products, specifically beverages, wines, and fruit/vegetable products, adhering strictly to the LLBB's quality management system. The successful candidate will perform and evaluate a wide range of analytical procedures, including titrimetric, gravimetric, potentiometric, photometric, spectroscopic (NIR/FTIR), and chromatographic analyses, with a strong focus on GC. Key responsibilities also include the development and validation of new testing methods, sample management using LIMS, and contributing to training initiatives. This position requires a background in chemical-technical assistance or laboratory work, with a strong emphasis on analytical chemistry and quality assurance, offering a stable environment within a public service context.
