Job Summary

The Project Manager for Project-based Facility Management (PBFM) will play a crucial role in integrating sustainable construction and operational standards, considering ecological, economic, and social aspects across the entire building lifecycle. You will plan and manage all phases, from initial design to decommissioning, focusing on sustainable use and maintenance. Key responsibilities include overseeing construction work, ensuring adherence to standards, coordinating stakeholders, and optimizing operating costs for long-term efficiency. Utilizing the PBFM approach, you will ensure quality, deadlines, and cost adherence while contributing construction, safety, and operator requirements into projects.
