Job Summary

As an Associate Client Delivery Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for SAP's private cloud customers, including those utilizing RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition. Your daily responsibilities will involve aligning with customers, planning, and steering engagements to ensure customer satisfaction and commercial success. You will manage end-to-end customer journeys from onboarding to renewal, acting as the customer's advocate within the Enterprise Cloud Services organization. The role requires strong engagement, delivery, and account management skills, including stakeholder management, project support, de-escalation of critical issues, and commercial oversight.
