Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Technology Services Expert to drive the strategic alignment and execution of deal and renewal processes within SAP's Global Deal and Renewal Process Office. You will be instrumental in aligning deal execution policies across various stakeholders, including business units (Customer Success), finance (GCF), and IT organizations, to maximize business outcomes and elevate SAP’s Cloud business. Day-to-day responsibilities involve establishing structured liaison processes, translating policy adjustments into system and process requirements, and leveraging technologies like Agentic AI to optimize deal approval and simplify operations. A critical component is ensuring continuous communication flow and successful execution of marketing campaigns related to CPIT initiatives. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in the software industry, marketing, and business process consulting, coupled with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to process automation and simplification.
