As a Senior Quality Partner in Operations Quality, you will be instrumental in ensuring that Roche standards and regulatory requirements (such as FDA, IVDR, ISO 13485) are implemented at the highest level, working closely with project, product, and production managers. This role is crucial for designing, implementing, and continuously optimizing comprehensive quality programs, supporting innovative projects while ensuring global and local compliance. You will drive business results and customer value by achieving quality and regulatory goals, initiating improvements, and acting as an expert, coaching junior colleagues.
