Job Summary

As an IT Product Manager for HR Core Systems, you will ensure the smooth operation and digitalization of HR requirements within the Lufthansa Group. Your daily tasks will involve coordinating and planning changes in the central SAP HCM Core System (PA and PY modules), creating functional concepts and tenders, and evaluating technical provider solutions from a process and business perspective. You will also handle master data and payroll customizing, administer IT processes in SAP HCM PA/PY, and define standards for optimal system operation. This role requires strong analytical and conceptual skills, excellent communication, and a customer-oriented approach to advise HR management and users on functional requirements, developing joint solutions.
