Job Summary

This Data Analyst role is crucial for digitizing the travel experience for Lufthansa Group clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing data collection architectures, reports, and analyses, while also collecting and analyzing various data types to identify patterns and trends that drive digital acceleration and enhance future customer experiences. The role involves utilizing data and business intelligence technologies to inform key business decisions, making analysis results accessible through dashboards and reports, and closely aligning with business and management teams to assess needs. Collaboration with Digital Hangar product teams to identify improvement opportunities for digital products is also a key aspect. Additionally, the analyst will troubleshoot data pipeline, database, and report issues, and be able to discuss findings with management partners.
