Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor/Master) or technical college degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Automation Technology, Communication Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, or a comparable field. Alternatively, a state-certified or recognized technician or certified industrial master in Electrical Engineering with completed functional training as a specialized construction supervisor, or willingness to acquire it.

Experience

  • Professional experience in supplementary claim management
  • Professional experience in calculation/estimation
  • Professional experience with VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures)
  • Professional experience with HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers)
  • Professional experience with applicable legal regulations

Additional

  • Must possess a Class B driving license. Willingness to undergo a 2-2.5 year functional training program for Electrical Engineering Construction Supervisor, including internal and external training on construction and contract law, supplementary claim management, schedule monitoring, billing, and obtaining switching authorization for 50 Hz/16.7 Hz AC/DC systems, railway earthing authorization, and training on safety supervision, railway operations, and electrical engineering. Ability to work 80% on construction sites and 20% in the office.
