Job Summary

As a DMS Consultant, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through the entire lifecycle of Document Management System (DMS) solutions, from initial needs analysis and process optimization to solution design and pre-sales support. Your day-to-day will involve implementing DMS into existing systems like ERP, CRM, and Office 365, ensuring seamless integration and data migration. You'll also be responsible for creating comprehensive documentation, conducting user training, and providing 2nd-level support for complex issues. Furthermore, you will manage projects, coordinate with partners, and maintain system and knowledge documentation. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in IT, excellent communication skills in German, and a passion for optimizing business processes through technology.
