Job Summary

This dynamic role involves defining and executing the product strategy for the SEAT and CUPRA brands within the Swiss market. You will be responsible for continuous market analysis, monitoring sales figures, pricing trends, and competitor activities to ensure the factory portfolio is aligned with local market needs, including special model strategies. A core function is coordinating pricing with the manufacturer and planning successful model introductions, managing products throughout their entire lifecycle. You will also serve as a product expert for the dealer network and internal departments, creating necessary sales documentation. The ideal candidate must possess a background in automotive marketing or sales, strong analytical skills, and fluent German proficiency to succeed in this strategic position.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training combined with a higher professional education (HF) in Marketing or Sales.

Experience

  • Professional background in Marketing or Sales within the automotive industry.
  • Prior experience in Product Management is preferred.
  • Experience working with the MS 365 environment and SAP functions/processes.

German (Fluent)English (Intermediate)

Additional

  • Analytical and entrepreneurially minded personality with a strong numerical understanding. Knowledge of French and/or Italian is a plus.
