The successful candidate will take on a pivotal role in shaping the future of AMAG's IT infrastructure by leading complex projects to success. This position combines traditional project management responsibilities—planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects while managing costs and risks—with the strategic accountability of an Epic Owner within the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology. You will manage the entire Epic lifecycle through the Portfolio Kanban, defining Lean Business Cases and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) in close collaboration with stakeholders and IT experts. This role requires a strong technical understanding of integrated IT architectures, practical experience with SAFe (potentially evolving into a Team Coach), and proficiency in collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
