Job Summary
This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for an experienced SAP professional to join AMAG Informatik as the Team Lead for SAP Development. You will serve as the crucial link between business stakeholders and the development team, driving innovative solutions built on SAP ERP and the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Key responsibilities include creating detailed technical concepts, ensuring rigorous quality assurance through reviews and testing, managing external development partners, and leading projects and changes. Crucially, you will provide both disciplinary and technical leadership, fostering a culture of growth and accountability through a Lean-Agile, Servant Leadership approach. Candidates must bring approximately ten years of relevant IT experience, including five years in a leadership capacity, alongside expert-level skills in SAP development and agile methodologies. This role offers substantial scope for impact in a dynamic, hybrid working environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT or equivalent qualification, combined with a degree from a Higher Technical College (HF) in Computer Science.
Experience
- Approximately ten years of relevant IT experience
- At least five years in a comparable leadership role
- Professional experience leading projects and applying agile methodologies
- Foundational knowledge of base IT technologies
