Job Summary

As an IT Demand Manager, you will bridge the gap between business and IT by capturing, prioritizing, and steering digital demands. You'll develop strategic roadmaps with IT partners and business departments, advise on digital initiatives, and communicate the IT service portfolio across the organization. Your role involves promoting agile and cross-functional working methods, moderating workshops, and driving shared target visions. You will also monitor technology trends and derive relevant innovation impulses. The position requires a degree in (business) informatics, business administration with IT focus, or equivalent qualification, along with initial to several years of experience in IT business relationship management, demand management, or as a product owner. You should be motivated to think strategically and have knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with ideally first experience in OKR.
