Job Summary

Coordinate and oversee electrical manufacturing and assembly work, ensuring timely and quality execution of all electrical tasks. You will collaborate closely with planning, control, and construction departments for seamless project completion. This role involves technically leading and coordinating subcontractors and partner companies, proactively identifying onboard issues, and actively managing disruptions. You will develop short-term technical solutions to maintain a stable production flow. The ideal candidate possesses a technical education in electrical engineering, supplemented by further training as a technician or industrial foreman, and has several years of leadership experience, preferably in a shipyard or similar technical environment. Strong conceptual thinking, organizational skills, negotiation abilities, and excellent German and English communication are essential.
