Job Summary

As a Client Management Specialist at FERCHAU, you will be the first point of contact for resolving hardware and software issues via a ticketing system, ensuring clear prioritization and thorough documentation. You'll identify root causes, troubleshoot remotely or on-site, and support colleagues across departments with technical inquiries. Complex cases are escalated to specialized teams. Your duties include setting up and decommissioning hardware, assisting with IT-related moves, maintaining asset records, and updating the internal knowledge base. The role requires a completed IT vocational training or equivalent technical qualification, practical experience with IT end devices and technical service environments, a solid understanding of common hardware and peripherals, strong service orientation, communication and teamwork skills, and a structured, independent, solution-focused approach. A class B driver's license and very good German plus good English skills are required.
