As a Laboratory Technician for Point-of-Care (POC) Systems, you will independently conduct complex experimental programs and single experiments following general guidelines. You will systematically evaluate the influence of raw materials, formulations, and experimental setups on diagnostic assay performance. Your role includes planning individual or series experiments for test development in line with regulatory requirements, coordinating related activities within and outside your work group, and documenting experimental procedures and results in protocols. You will provide summaries of experimental results for presentations or reports and present findings in project meetings. The ideal candidate holds a degree in biotechnology, biochemistry, or a comparable qualification, with experience in IVD assay R&D and experiment planning.
