As a Scientist in parenteral drug products, you will independently plan, execute, and evaluate experiments to develop manufacturing processes for sterile injectable medications. Your daily work involves producing technical batches for process and product development, supporting technology transfers to commercial manufacturing sites, and managing process adjustments. You will take technical responsibility for specific aspects of process development, including standardized and project-specific solutions. Additionally, you will oversee defined laboratory equipment, ensuring maintenance, documentation, and user training. The role requires GMP/GSP-compliant documentation, participation in internal improvement initiatives, and strict adherence to safety regulations.
